Chestnut Neighborhood Revitalization Corporation

A 2-building residential condominium and retail project on a once blight-ridden corner of East Austin. With the help of the City of Austin and the housing bond funds administered through the Austin Housing Finance Corporation, Structure worked with the Chestnut Neighborhood Revitalization Corp. to develop the mixed-use and mixed-income community, creating 28 residential units (with most going to households making less than 80 percent of the region’s Median Family Income) and 8 affordable commercial spaces.
