Laguna Hotel

The 8-story Laguna Hotel on Conrad Hilton Boulevard. once the centerpiece of the city’s downtown, was vacant for more than 20 years when Structure and MRE Capital teamed up to turn the 90-year-old building into a 40 affordable apartments. The project this month won a 2019 Honor Award from Preservation Texas for Rehabilitation.
