Conrad Lofts
Originally built in the 1920s to house lodgers drawn by the area’s explosion of farming, it was the first built-from-the-ground- bear hotelier Conrad Hilton’s name. Empty since 1984, Structure partnered with MRE Capital to transform the building into 29 affordable apartment lofts – restoring the original terrazzo floors and Saltillo tile columns. Like its other projects, the Conrad Lofts was made possible using affordable housing federal tax credits.
