A mixed-use, mixed income condominium project made up of three buildings on Austin's East Side. Designed to build community, revitalize the Chestnut Neighborhood, and provide the opportunity of homeownership to families earning up to 80% of Austin's median income.

A rehabilitation project aimed at preserving affordable units, carefully growing a neighborhood, and raising the standard of living for families living in Section 8 homes. The new development will be a mixed-income, multi-phase project in South Austin's Bouldin Creek Neighborhood.

Cedar Terrace & Magnolia Homes

After the sustaining serious hurricane damage, much of the public housing in Galveston had to be demolished. With the help of the Galveston Housing Authority, Cedar Terrace and Magnolia Homes will restore the affordable housing stock on the island with new mixed-income housing, prepared for hurricanes.
