About Oak Creek Village

Oak Creek Village is a multi-family development in the Bouldin Creek Neighborhood. The 9-acre property located at 2324 Wilson Street has been home to 27 two-story buildings and 170 units of HUD-backed affordable housing units for four decades. The development has been providing working families and seniors with an affordable, safe place to live for years but has been in need of renovations.  Renovations will retain the affordable units and add 313 market-rate units in a separate second phase. Construction of the first phase is currently underway.
